Pia Brezavšček

Pia is a dramaturg, critic, theorist and editor from Ljubljana, specializing in contemporary dance. She was a long-term associate of Radio Student and publishes in various print and electronic media. She’s a former president of the Slovenian Society for Contemporary Dance. She is an editor-in-chief of the magazine Maska and a former editor of the web portal Neodvisni.art. As a dramaturg, she has participated in several dance and performance projects, including a sound-based performance on the Ideal of Motherhood and an interactive piece for children Listening to the Sea.
